Chardonnay |
Tasting
Notes : Dressed in an attrective pale yellow
color, brightened with clearly greebish trims. Exuberant
and lively to the nose, with a good intensity which
reminds exotic fruits, pincapple, perfumed apricots,
melon peel, and pleasant notes of white flowers and
citrics, all this with a soft and well-incorporated
nuance of French oak that only seeks to give a little
more complexity to the aromatic spectrum. Present with
good structure, leaving an expressive and clean taste
in the mouth, where the delicate notes of pineapple
reappear to finish off in a balanced and proper fresh
and pleasing retronasal.
Food
Pairing : Ideal wine to enjoy as an appetizer.
Perfect complement for fresh shellfish, fish in general,
and mild cheese.
